June 19 – 23, 2024 Chapter trip to The Tail of the Dragon on the North Carolina/Tenessee border. 1850 mile round trip. Outstanding time had by all. Stayed at a gorgeous rental home in Bryson City, NC.

April 6, 2024 – Chapter members attended the Tommy Savino Playground Broundbreaking Ceremony to support the Where Angels Play Foundation and their efforts to build a playground in Greenview Park/Pequannock, in memory of Tommy Savino.

January 25, 2024 – Annual Christmas Party at the Village Inn in Wayne.

Our November monthly meeting is always our local Food Pantry donation. This years food pantry donation went to Martha’s Pantry in Hawthorne on behalf of the First Reformed Church of Hawthorne. A very big Thank You to all who donated and made this charity event a spectacular success.

October 23, 2023 – Chapter members attended the 1st Annual Tommy Savino Memorial Golf Outing at The Meadows Golf Club in Lincoln Park to support the Where Angels Play Foundation and their efforts to build a playground in Greenview Park/Pequannock, in memory of Tommy Savino. The event was outstanding and the weather was brisk, but sunny. Our Hole Sponson sign was on the 16th hole and we were honored to make the “Donors List” published at the event. Thank you to Chapter XIII for supporting the event and helping to make the Memorial Playground happen. Great day, great support and great friends.

September 7 – 10, 2023 – Twenty of our Blue Knights Chapter XIII Brothers and Sisters spent four phenomenal days in historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, touring the sights and being led by our own Gettysburg Historian Paul Castelvi. One of the BEST Club vacations ever! Paul led the entire trip, on the roads and with the history lessons and was flawless in both respects. We all had an amazing time. Thank you to Paul for his tremendous leadership and guidance! Below are some of the awesome sights and experiences from our journey.

July 27, 2023 – We had the extreme pleasure this past Thursday evening to take part in Blue Knights XIII first Touch-A-Bike event at Preakness Hospital in Wayne, NJ with it’s residents. Thanks Road Captain for setting this up! The folks there were so much fun to talk with and hear their stories!
